On January 1, 2020, Florida became one of many states to approve remote online notarization. It is with great satisfaction that Notarize in Real Time announces the very first Remote Online Notarization association in the State of Florida (“FRONA”).

FRONA is dedicated to providing resources and awareness of remote online notarization on how the new laws, technology, and consumer demand are reshaping the notarial act for notaries, title companies, realtors, attorneys in all areas of practice, lenders, banks, paralegals, hospitals and many others.  The time of transformation to online notarization is here!

Thanks to remote online notarization, signing and notarizing documents, is like having a notary in your pocket. In this time of uncertainty and social distancing, online notarization is easy, and the most safe and secure way to notarize all necessary documents, wherever you may be in the World.

Since the State of Virginia approved online notarization back in 2011, tens of thousands of remote signatures have been performed, and more than half of the United States now approves remote online notarization.
